Standard General Lost TEGNA, but Still Pursuing Litigation
The U.S. District Court for D.C. dismissed a lawsuit filed by Standard General Managing Partner Soo Kim against the FCC, its Media Bureau and former Chairwoman Jessica Rosenworcel that accused the Commission of impeding its proposed TEGNA acquisition because of racial discrimination. Now Kim and Standard General are pursuing an appeal.
