Improving execution is high on Nangia’s priority list, and he and his team continue to lead the enhancement of Charter’s digital and self-service channels as more customers choose to go the digital route for assistance. Nangia also leads the fraud prevention team that protects the company and its 32 million customers. He currently sits on the Advisory Board for the Yale Center for Customer Insights and is a long-time volunteer with PENCIL, a nonprofit that connects public school students to the business community.

What movie or show is must-watch for celebrating diversity? Netflix’s “Bridgerton” is about powerful people—especially women—that re-imagines and hence normalizes minorities. And it’s fun!

What’s your boldest prediction about your industry in the next 10 years? Transformational increases in connectivity will truly enable autonomous driving by allowing all vehicles to talk to each other with minimal latency. Nobody will drive on highways anymore!

Advice I would give a recent graduate: Learn to tell a story – not just facts – but what they mean. Don’t impress with how much work you have done but with what you have learnt about it.
