How have you been a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion?
I have always tried to maintain as diverse a team as possible for every position, from VPs to interns and have prided myself in accomplishing that again this year.

What’s been the most dramatic change in your sector of the business today vs three years ago?
By far the biggest change in our sector has been the incredible uptick in streaming services available to the consumer and how much that has grown in the past two years. This, of course, includes AMC’s own streaming services – AMC+, Shudder, Sundance Now, ALLBLK, Acorn TV, IFC Films Unlimited, etc. In addition, there has also been a huge growth in the FAST and AVOD world internationally.

Which celebrity do you think is setting a strong example for the next generation?
Lin-Manuel Miranda — he has accomplished so much personally and professionally, for the Latino community and ethos.
