Pitcher is the company’s top executive responsible for the customer experience in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Maine. Numbers-wise, that’s more than 1.8 million Comcast customers in more than 300 communities. She oversees all of the company’s operations in the region, including sales, customer service, network engineering, programming, technical operations and community investment.
