Tony Speller

Speller provides strategic guidance and leadership for the technical operations, engineering, business improvement, and residential and commercial construction functions for Comcast’s operations from Maine through Virginia. During the past year, multiple severe weather and high-traffic events notched up his efforts even higher. Speller would like to see the industry invest more in data collection and analysis. “This would make for a more targeted approach to strategy and design to match business objectives and outcomes,” he says.

In what areas should the industry step up its efforts regarding diversity and inclusion?
I would like to see the industry invest more in the efforts of data collection and analysis to determine where the most need for change resides. This would make for a more targeted approach to strategy and design to match business objectives and outcomes. This would also help the industry to rally around common efforts to make a large impact.
