Speller and his team are tasked with expecting the unexpected, upgrading the network to remain reliable no matter the weather. He has led the enhancement of support systems and tools for more than 10,000 Northeast Division employees, mentoring his employees along the way. Speller, a member of the Cable TV Pioneers Class of 2018, is an inspiration to not just his team, but to his community. A strong believer in youth development programs and community service, Speller has served on the board of finance for the Urban League and the Economic Committee for the Greater Houston Partnership.
