What is one way the industry can continue to evolve in ridding itself of gender discrimination?
By reminding ourselves continually that our businesses cannot maximize their potential and opportunity unless and until we reflect in our decision-making the broad experiences of our customers.
Best advice for relieving stress?
Planning, exercise (as long as thinking about it counts, too), and remembering that no situation has ever been improved by putting it off. And listening to the “Dear Evan Hansen” soundtrack over and over and over.
