Suzanne McFadden

Not a word about the Xfinity brand makes it to the customer without passing through McFadden. She brings a voice to the brand, transforming Xfinity into something customers are able to believe in. She’s not always talking Xfinity though. She’s a member of numerous industry associations, including the American National Advertisers, CTAM and WICT. A graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, McFadden spends as much time as possible mentoring others and is a champion of efforts to improve internal culture and the overall working environment through partnerships with HR.
