Suzanne McFadden

In 2017, McFadden added the responsibilities of customer experience and engagement to her role in a newly created position charged with leading the team responsible for customer and employee communications and engagement goals. She continues to drive improvements to customer communications in the areas of targeting, contextual messaging and feature engagement. Outside her daily tasks, McFadden is heavily involved in mentoring within the Comcast organization and is a champion of efforts to improve the internal culture and working environment through partnerships with the Sales and Marketing Human Resources team.
