Parimi has spent this year looking to make it easier and more secure for remote workers to connect to their employers’ networks. In 2024, he led an initiative dedicated to increasing the network performance metrics and financial remedies in service-level agreements for ethernet and fiber access. While he’s involved with internal mentoring programs, he coaches a group within Spectrum Enterprise on an informal basis.
What nonprofit are you proud to champion? I am proud to champion Smile Train. They transform the lives of children by performing cleft operations that are medically necessary while also enabling the kids to overcome social stigma and pursue their dreams.
What advice would you give to a recent graduate? Take chances and risks early in your career to learn and experience new things.
Has the internet created more inclusion or exclusion? The internet is a “great leveler” that has widely increased inclusion aground the world. It has the potential to bring information and access to everyone and provides a platform for sharing ideas and opinions.
