The Why? Despite COVID wreaking havoc, Parimi stepped up and continued to come up with ideas to bring connectivity to those who need it most. The company’s Stay Connected K-12 enhancement was greatly influenced by Parimi, and the program continues to benefit students and teachers this school year. An avid participant in Charter’s mentoring programs, Parimi is always looking for ways to promote diversity in a growing organization.

What makes for a successful Employee Resource Group? Two things in particular make for a successful Employee Resource Group—also sometimes called a Business Resource Group—strong support from senior leaders and the autonomy to operate as per the needs of the group.
Bucket list travel destination? On my list is the Atacama Desert in Chile. It is the driest place on earth other than the poles.

Who has kicked down a door for you? A number of people have helped me along my career—from my bosses to peers to people on my team. I am not afraid to ask for help and encourage others to do the same to further their development.
