Sandra Dewey

This trio of execs has been busy moving and shaking things up at Turner—to strong results. Dewey is steering TNT and TBS’ bold moves in original programming, with a focus not only on the content but on pivoting from linear-only to a multiplatform business with multiple touch points and revenue streams. She closed the deals that paved the way for TBS’ rebrand, including wooing Samantha Bee and Jason Jones. Under Linn’s stewardship, truTV continues to transform into a creator-driven comedic hub, with a completely original slate including “Adam Ruins Everything,” “Impractical Jokers” and “Billy on the Street”—and big year-over-year growth across key demos in 2016. Cartoon Network is also carving out new ground as an omni-platform children’s hub, with Miller overseeing the launch of new Cartoon IP, including the new “OK K.O.! Let’s Be Heroes,” which crosses the TV and gaming landscapes and is one of six new series on the 2017 slate.
