Pisani is the marketing guru behind the network’s winning rebrand, which has seen double-digit ratings increases so far this year. She leads the network’s consumer, affiliate and advertiser targeted marketing efforts, along with WE tv’s branded events, partnerships and public affairs initiatives. In 2016 she was awarded oversight of the digital group in addition to marketing, more than doubling her staff and leading all of the network’s digital and social media efforts. Activations around “Mama June” and the reality family star edition of “Marriage Boot Camp” are just two of her most successful recent forays. Stress no longer weighs down Pisani: “I am just comfortable with having reached a point of madness whereby I no longer think about it.”

Best advice for relieving stress?
I used to think it was all about knowing your priorities and managing them with aplomb, but the older, wiser me knows taming stress is almost impossible so I am just comfortable with having reached a point of madness whereby I no longer think about it.
