He led the collaboration between the content teams based in the US, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, India and Australia, and worked to insure diverse coverage of the event. “Never think you are going to be great for the color of your skin; you should be extraordinary because the skills and attitude you have are better than others,” Martinez advises.
