Rachel Welch

Welch has led advocacy efforts with the White House and key federal agencies to ensure Charter’s views are known and considered, especially on key issues related to spectrum policy, broadband deployment and policies that stand to negatively impact consumer choice and protections. A “doer” who is always willing to support other business units in their efforts to achieve shared company goals that benefit Charter employees, customers and the communities they serve, Welch has built positive relationships both inside and outside the organization.

“While I’m not a ‘Swiftie,’ it’s undeniable the impact Taylor Swift has had on music, pop culture, young women and men—even politics. She serves as a role model for millions, and her artistic range and output as well as her business acumen of capitalizing is unparalleled among her peers.”
