Charytan knows a thing or two about multi-tasking, serving as general counsel for the cable business that includes nine different practice groups—including an international department overseeing cable business abroad. Even with her years of experience navigating litigation, compliance, transactions, etc, COVID-19 was something you couldn’t really prepare for. Charytan takes pride in having helped her team migrate to an online-only world in an incredibly busy time. “I’m spending way more time touching base with my leadership team, and way more time in front of the larger group with regular check-ins,” she says.
What is one of your proudest moments during the pandemic? My focus has been on keeping the team connected, finding ways to reinforce our culture as a department, and supporting morale during these very challenging times.
