Schwartz was instrumental in the May launch of IFC Films Unlimited, the new SVOD service comprising titles from IFC Films, Sundance Selects and IFC Midnight. Under her leadership, the company distributes more than 100 films each year. She says that in order to recruit more women to the industry, make sure more women hold key positions. “Those women will inspire others to work to achieve similar roles and help mentor them along,” she says.
