Shelter-at-home orders didn’t stop WarnerMedia from pulling off a memorable event for the launch of streamer HBO Max. The team completely reinvented its plans, creating a virtual livestream screening of the first two episodes of “Love Life” starring Anna Kendrick. Guests received a dinner for two delivery, complete with a DIY pizza kit, Manhattan cocktail kit and customized Love Life swag. After the screening, guests roamed between four different virtual party rooms, including a livestreamed DJ set. Turnout was amazing, with 750 attendees and an 82% retention rate. It reached more than 62 million Instagram influencers and 4.6 million Twitter influencers.
