Palaniappan has had his hands full learning how AI and machine learning can optimize key touchpoints for Charter. He and his team worked to improve the digital self-service experience, which led to an increased number of customers fully resolving their issues using digital tools while also seeing a decline in the number of billing and repair calls per customer. Palaniappan also harbors a commitment to development within the company as he’s mentored and ushered multiple diverse employees into leadership positions.
