The recent changes at NBCU only added to Berwick’s responsibilities. After E! president Adam Stotsky stepped down in September, Berwick consolidated the group that comprises Bravo, E!, Oxygen and Universal Kids. Under her leadership, Oxygen has seen double-digit growth since its rebrand. A continuing goal for Berwick is to grow viewership at E!, and she’s well on her way after the 2017 acquisition of “The People’s Choice Awards.” In 2019, the awards ceremony reached over 4.3 million viewers, and 1.7 million P18-49 across the cable networks of NBCU, including E!, Bravo, SYFY and USA Network. Berwick is a member of New York Women in Film & Television, British Academy of Film & Television and active in WICT.
