What specifically does your company do to support and elevate the women who work there?
I am proud to work for a company where many of the SVP and EVP positions are filled with women. This alone creates a culture of support and opportunity.

How can the industry do a better job of recruiting women and ensuring they have a path to senior positions?
I actually think the media industry does a pretty good job, probably more so than other industries. Organizations like WICT, programs like Betsy Magness, really provide a great resource and a lot of lessons on leadership and ways to further your career. I think the path to senior positions certainly exists. Seems we’ve fallen a bit short with promoting women to the next level – CEOs, board seats, etc.

What advice would you give your 13-year-old self?
Worry less!
