Dziedzic and his team continue to raise the bar on DEI programs in the workplace. The last 12 months have seen him contribute to the creation of Business Unit D&I Councils with the goal of driving engagement with inclusive principles across every part of the business. He’s guided the programmatic vision of Charter’s five business resource groups, and they’ve recorded more than 40% growth in participation over the past year. He sees the hard work paying off not only in the growing initiatives at Charter, but also in how Gen Z employees have been comfortable enough to continue pushing companies of all kinds to have cultures centered around fostering inclusion. “I have learned from this generation that the hard work of awareness raising, visibility creation and the fight for equality by previous generations are paying off—that work can make change,” he says.
