Schned has her finger in many pies, advising a range of clients both in the FAST and linear space, serving as a leader on the FCC’s Communications, Equity & Diversity Council and growing her Alliance aimed at advancing women and diversity in media and communications. Working with state cable associations and others, she’s helped create digital literacy teaching tools to make broadband easier to utilize as providers embark on bringing broadband to all of America.

What female artist has dominated your playlists this year? Country Music newcomer – Ella Langley. Love the feistiness, playfulness & confidence of “You Look Like You Love Me.” A take charge kinda woman… like so many of us in media… everywhere, really.

What do you believe is the next big disruption facing the industry? Back to the future. The world of apps and fast channels will morph, once again, into packages. Customized to our tastes, but back to bundles. Making search a heck of a lot easier – God willing!
