While Morse is a 23-year vet of ESPN, she has an idea of what the company’s partners need as well. In her previous role as an associate at Dow, Lohnes & Albertson, she represented media clients such as Cox, Comcast and Gannett. All good experience for the hundreds of negotiations, litigations and literally billions of dollars of deals she manages day in and day out. When it comes to inspiration, she turns to her mother, “who got her journalism degree when she had four children and was a reporter in a male-dominated newspaper industry.”

Who is an inspirational woman you admire, and why?
My mom, who got her journalism degree when she had four children and was a reporter in a male-dominated newspaper industry.

What’s been the most dramatic change in your sector of the business today vs. three years ago?
Over-the-top distribution of programming.

If there were a reality show based on your office, what would it be called?
I don’t know, but it would be a pretty boring show to watch!
