Williams does everything he can to keep Warner Bros. Discovery on the right side of history, leading its global philanthropic strategies, community and corporate partnerships, volunteering and environmental, social and governance initiatives. Williams has long influenced his company to be a leader rather than a follower when it comes to benefits and CSR. He was key to the launch of WBD’s first sustainability report and leads HBO’s 27-year relationship with the American Black Film Festival. He considers his biggest career win to be his influence on then-HBO’s expansion of the definition of family to be more inclusive and the subsequent expansion of family-planning benefits to LGBTQ+ employees.
