Capitol Hill has long been like a second home for Don. He’s a constant advocate for broadband providers, ensuring policymakers understand how they can help as many people as possible get connected to high-speed internet. He has also led efforts to strengthen policies surrounding WiFi and its future, pushing for the opening of bandwidth in both the 5.9 and 6 GHz bands. He’ll continue those discussions with lawmakers through 2022, guaranteeing that WiFi is viewed as just as important as 5G for the future of connectivity in America. Don is a major supporter of UNIDOS, Comcast’s resource group for uniting, educating and empowering accomplished and aspiring Hispanic professionals across the company.
