What is one of your proudest moments during the pandemic? In early February, I saw the possibility that COVID-19 could spiral out of control, and quickly mobilized my staff to set up systems for working from home while continuing to provide seamless service for iNDEMAND’s clients. I am especially proud that employees have remained safe, happy and productive during this challenging year.
