Blanchard is focused on sharing Charter’s business priorities through strategic outreach. In September, she and her team created the comms strategy for the launch of Spectrum’s “Life Unlimited” brand. Under her leadership, the communications team has supported Charter’s rural construction initiative by highlighting the impact of bringing broadband to unserved and underserved areas.

“I think we can be our own biggest barrier to progress. Let’s just focus on constantly doing better, expecting more and not being surprised or ‘feeling lucky’ when we achieve the success we deserve.”

What do you believe is the next big disruption facing the industry? This is not so much a disruption as an advancement in the overall video experience. Spectrum’s continued inclusion of streaming apps with TV packages at no additional cost, combined with Xumo and the bundling of those apps with broadband will give us the ability to provide customers unparalleled access to seamless entertainment.
