What unique challenges do women still face in the workplace? I hope we get to a point where this is no longer a relevant question. But I think the biggest challenge is around time management and the division of labor inside the home when both parents have a career. Successful women (never men) get asked all the time, “How do you do it all?” The implied assumption is that the caregiving and home management responsibilities fall primarily to the woman and that can be limiting; whereas when these duties are managed as a collaborative there’s more time available for both to equally succeed.
