Strategic partnerships, client events and activations are all on the rise thanks to Fogler-Tortora, who has been charged with engaging local businesses. A major success has been the “Pay It Forward” program she has led offering free advertising resources to underserved businesses. It’s on track to help more than 250 diverse small businesses this year. She’s a co-lead of the Spectrum Reach Diversity & Inclusion Council and a leader of one of the Spectrum LGBTQ BRG’s newly launched mentor circles. She guides her group through monthly discussions around professional development. “Our first session focused on creating a more inclusive workplace for trans people. We had an incredibly open and very engaged group and learned a lot from one another,” she says.
