With her hands in both the cable and home entertainment sides of the business, Chang understands how, when and where today’s viewers want to access content. She was also recently tasked with overseeing digital distribution, including HBO Now, across multiple platforms. She takes a holistic view of diversity in the workplace. “In managing a global team, I believe diversity is more than people of different races, ethnicities, genders. The worldwide digital distribution and home entertainment team is made up of individuals whose experiences vary across industries, who approach problems differently, and whose skills balance one another. I am proud that I have a team of direct reports who do not reflect me but rather complement me.”
