Cable has made strong efforts to address diversity in its workforce. Coinciding with the NAMIC conference, CableFAX: The Magazine publishes its much-anticipated list of most influential minority executives in cable based on nominations from the industry and editors’ suggestions.

The list looks at those with influence comes in a variety of forms, from the power to hire and fire, to a person’s role in industry organizations, community service and mentoring.
