Following Altice’s acquisition of Suddenlink, Cordova—who served as SVP and CTO at Suddenlink—was appointed to his current position with Altice.  In overseeing Altice’s engineering team, he steers their energies toward technology strategy and architecture, as well as network operations and infrastructure, for the residential and small- to medium-size business video, voice and data services. A longtime member of the SCTE, Cordova believes data network supporting IP streaming will be the technology that most benefits cable in the coming year. His personal election campaign slogan would be, “Just because you say it doesn’t make it so.”
