Kim is responsible for all legal matters related to programming across TWC’s distribution platforms, and she plays a key role in drafting carriage agreements. Known for her ability to be tenacious, nimble and read between the lines, she’s as enthusiastic about embracing technology and its ability to propel TWC forward as she is adept at negotiating retransmission consent deals – the latter of which has kept her plenty busy of late. Her greatest challenge? “Finding the sweet spot between risk and innovation when advising the company on new products, services and implementation of technologies” to enrich customer viewing experiences, she says.
