How can cable do better job at supporting the industry’s women?

We can continue to invest in our talent by offering up opportunities for creativity, growth, and development. As a leader, I personally believe in helping others advance by getting to truly know their traits and aspirations and translating those passions into roles, projects, skill sets and career paths.

What’s been the biggest story in cable this year?

The recent consolidation of Time Warner and Comcast is an opportunity for the cable industry to take advantage of the economies of scale to drive innovation across all platforms, and we look forward to continuing to work with our cable partners in new and exciting ways.

How do you define a successful career?
