Turning off my phone when I’m visiting family or spending time with friends, and remembering to take vacations.
Your favorite trick for unwinding?
Hiking! See my pic – It was taken from the top of Lion’s Head Peak in Capetown, South Africa. I’m not an expert hiker, but when I’m hiking I can disconnect from the job and any other stressors and just focus on the trail in front of me. I’m not an athlete by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s so satisfying getting to the top of the mountain!
