President/GM
IFC

“Always On. Slightly Off” is one of our favorite network slogans, and Caserta is the woman behind both the mantra and the mission. The reinvigoration of the IFC brand has transpired largely at her fingertips, including Emmy- and Peabody-winning “Portlandia” and other alternative comedies such as “Whisky Wars” and “The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret,” many of which pack unique advertising integrations. Next year will see an ambitious slate of originals, including a scripted comedy based on the life and podcast of comedian Marc Maron. Caserta keeps her days low-stress by syncing her schedule across all her devices, noting, “If it means that my assistant sees my 7:30 a.m. eyebrow wax appointment, that’s ok with me!”
