Known for her knowledge, passion and advocacy for professional development, she advises young women in cable to “be the CEO of your own career.” A BMLI facilitator for seven years, Killilea’s “learned how incredibly powerful a professional and personal network of women can be,” she says. “Having women and people of color in key roles” is one way cable will continue to innovate and adapt.
