What’s the most important aspect of mentoring?
It’s important to have someone in your corner that listens, encourages, and helps make connections for you in and during your journey.  Finding that partnership with a mentor and mentee, unleashes the potential for both to do great things.

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?
My team inspires me every day.  Their commitment to the group outcome is way more important to them than their individual achievements. This is why they get big things done.  As far as outside of the office, the ability to design and build inspires me.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

The best balance for me is when I can blur the lines of both my work and personal life around a common passion. The digital buying experience initiative is a perfect example of this. Everyone knows that I love to shop online, and to have the opportunity to redesign our customers buying experience is super fun and exciting to me.

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Although it may sound like an oxymoron – driving fast.
