Evolution Digital has been selected to provide universal digital terminal adapters (DTAs) to WEHCO Video, a privately-owned communications company serving residential and business accounts in 13 communities in 4 states. Wehco Video is currently deploying uDTAs in one of its locations to reclaim bandwidth for launching HD programming.

Evolution Digital’s uDTAs are designed to integrate with existing Motorola and Cisco platforms, and are a solution for cable systems in need of reclaiming bandwidth.

WEHCO Video took advantage of Evolution’s customization program. This allows operators to use their own branding on the packaging and material that is delivered to the subscribers. In most cases Evolution Digital’s marketing team provides the design work included in the DTA cost with low minimum quantity requirements.

WEHCO Video offers residential and commercial products over its broadband cable systems and provides service to approximately 75,000 customers who subscribe to one or more of its video, high-speed data and voice services. It operates in four southern states: Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, and Mississippi.
