The Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE) has issued a call for exhibitors for its “Smart Energy Management Showcase,” part of Cable-Tec Expo 2012, set for Oct. 17-19 in Orlando. The showcase will focus on high-priority energy-management strategies that increase sustainability, operational efficiency and economic benefits for the industry as well as those solutions that can ensure network availability for business services and other critical offerings.
