NYC startup Aereo (click here for more information) is breathing a sigh of relief today after a federal judge ruled in its favor late yesterday and prevented a temporary injunction that would have halted its disputed OTT service. Fox Networks Group, Tribune, PBS, WNET and Univision had asked for court action, citing Aereo’s rebroadcasting of their programming without permission. They plan to appeal.
