Comcast-TWC Brings More Questions Than Answers

Now that everyone’s had a day to digest the idea of Comcast gobbling up Time Warner Cable, is it safe to assume everyone’s questions over the merger have been resolved? Hardly. It just gave everyone time to think of more. Some things to ponder include what happens to Bright House, whether retrans reform is DOA and if there’s more M&A to come. Here’s our take.
