Arris agreed to sell its Supplies Division to broadband networking technology company Technetix, which will merge the unit into its existing operations in Denver. The transaction, which aims to expand Technetix’s presence in the Americas thanks to Arris’ relationship with cable/telecom ops in the region, is expected to close before the end of 3Q.
