Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment completed its acquisition of Redbox on Thursday. The combined company will have a portfolio that includes an AVOD streaming service, more than 145 FAST channels, an on-demand service and a network of more than 36,000 kiosks. It expects revenue to more than triple through this acquisition to over $500 million annually.
