It’s still uncertain whether the STELA reauthorization proposal that the House Communications subcmte wants to release in 1Q would include retrans overhaul provisions. Part of the uncertainty might be due to the pending court battles involving Aereo as Greg Walden (R-OH), head of the subcmte, suggested during a press briefing late Thurs.
