The Comcast Technology Center, the brand-new dedicated home for the company’s workforce of technologists, engineers and software architects, is the currently the primary focus of Davis’ attention. He leads the HR teams that will support employees through the move into the new facility and oversees its open work environment. It’s a high-profile task for the exec, who segued to Comcast Cable’s technology and engineering organization from the company’s West Division in 2016. Since joining, he has led the organization through a complex restructuring to unify and align two large engineering organizations to better meet the needs of the business. Davis also formed and now leads a Diversity and Inclusion Council within the technology and engineering organization.
