Tony Maldonado

Maldonado is a change agent on a mission is to achieve full cross-functional enterprise engagement to better retain Cox’s customers. Despite the extremely competitive and always-evolving industry, he thrives on the challenges. Diversity and mentorship are important to Maldonado, who got his start through the Kaitz Fellowship program and has paid that opportunity forward by mentoring multiple diversity candidates at Cox. What does your company/organization do to ensure all employees feel included?
Cox does a number of activities highlighted by multiple Employee Resource Groups that organize multiple events across many different resource groups throughout the year.
