What is one of your proudest moments during the pandemic? Moving so much of SCTE-ISBE’s day-to-day operations to virtual. We had individuals that had never worked remotely, systems that struggled in a remote environment, and processes that were mainly in-person procedures. Switching all of that to a virtual environment and helping the team succeed in our “new normal” has been my proudest achievement.
