A people-centric leader, Frazier believes culture is built on listening, accountability, empowerment and inclusion and leads his team with a clear and simple rallying cry: “Execute with excellence and collaborate with purpose.” He coaches across the organization, modeling and encouraging the practice of DEI values organically and mentors telecommunications industry professionals. Frazier also is heavily involved with philanthropy and has been a long-time supporter of the Tommy Nobis Center—a nonprofit that provides job training, employment and vocational support for youth and adults with disabilities.
Advice I would give a recent graduate: As you move through your career journey, be someone who inspires, motivates and is a lifelong learner. These characteristics support a great culture of collaboration while delivering operational excellence.

What’s your boldest prediction about your industry in the next 10 years? I think the biggest opportunity across the industry, in the next 10 years, is bridging the digital divide through both Internet deployment and adoption. We’re focused on continued network expansion so reliable, high-speed service is accessible to as many people as possible, and complement those efforts with digital literacy initiatives.
